Self aligning roller bearings consist of an outer ring with a spherical raceway and a double raceway inner ring, one or two retainers, and a set of spherical rollers. Due to the alignment of the center of the outer ring's spherical raceway with the center of the bearing, they have self aligning performance and can automatically adjust the tilt or deflection of the shaft caused by angle errors between the shaft and the bearing seat.

The self-aligning roller bearing has two rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common concave spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two concave raceways that are inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. The curvature center of the outer raceway is consistent with the bearing center.
